🇳🇴 Anonym betalingsprofil

For å håndtere kjøp, har me integrert hjelp frå ein tredjepart i appen. I denne tredjepartsintegrasjonen blir det laga ein anonym betalingsprofil på brukaren som har betalt. Profilen inneheld:

• Land, f.eks. “Norge”

• Kva for versjon av appen dei er på

• Kor mykje pengar dei har brukt på appen

• Når appen sist blei opna

• At dei har vore brukar sidan (dato)

• Plattformversjonen dei brukte sist (iOS / Android). Appen opererer ikkje med eigne brukarprofiler, men nytter Apple/Google-profilen som telefonen allereie er logga inn med. Brukaren vil altså måtte kjøpe abonnementet på nytt om vedkommande skulle ønskje abonnementet også på den andre plattformen.

• Språket på telefonen

• Sist sette SDK-versjon

• Kundehistorikk, dvs. når kjøp blei gjort + ein historikk av når brukaren først brukte appen og når vedkommande brukte appen sist.

• Desse profilane er altså anonymisert, og ingen av desse dataene kan knyttast til brukaren.

Appen viser brukarens anonyme id nedst under fanen “Bakor”. Dermed kan brukaren ta kontakt med The KIT as og oppgi denne id-en – om vedkommande skulle ønskje å slette dataene og profilen sin.

Krasj-statistikk

Appen samler inn anonymisert krasj-statistikk som ikkje er kobla til brukaren.

🇬🇧 Anonymous payment profile

To handle sales, we have integrated service from a third-party provider in the app. This third-party provider sets up an anonymous payment profile for any paying user. This profile contains:

• Country, e.g. “Norway”

• What version of the app the user is using

• How much money they have paid in the app

• When the app was most recently opened

• That they have been a user since this given date

• The platform they used most recently (e.g. iOS or Android) – and this will always be the same platform, since the app do not have specific user profiles, but utilizes the Apple/Google profiles that the phone already is signed in to. Thus, the user will have to subscribe anew, should they want to the subscription on the other platform.

• The phone’s language

• The last seen SDK version

• Customer history, i.e. when a sale was made + history of when then user first used the app and when they used it most recently.

• These profiles are anonymous, and none of the data can be connected with the user.

The app shows the user’s anonymous ID at the bottom of the page “Bakor”. Should the user want to delete their data and their profile, they can state this ID to The KIT as, and we will have them removed from the app and our third-party service.

Crash Statistics

The app collects anonymous crash statistics that are not connected to the user.
